- In-Store purchased Area Rugs: Returns can be made at The Fine Rug Gallery located in select Macy's stores within 30 days from receipt. Contact us at 858-241-8688 (available Mon-Fri, 9 AM-5 PM ET) to arrange a pickup for your return (pickup fees may apply).

- Type in zip code
- Choose the store you want to shop or make your favorite location
- Click back arrow on slide out to apply changes
