Shipping policy

Offer applies to Standard Shipping to one location in the contiguous U.S. and may be applied to Premium or Overnight Shipping for an upgrade fee. Shipping offer does not apply to furniture, mattresses or prior purchases. Free Shipping of purchases in Macy’s stores applies when you are shopping in a store that does not stock a particular item, but it is available at another store and payment is made with a Macy’s Credit Card Account with Gold or Platinum status. Due to size and/or weight, certain items bear a shipping surcharge, which will still apply. When shipping to multiple addresses, only shipping to the first address will qualify for Free Shipping; shipping fees will apply to all other addresses.

Exclusions apply to all special shipping offers, including Free Shipping.The minimum purchase amount for each shipping offer does not include gift wrap charges, purchases of Gift Cards or tax. Shipping offers do not apply to furniture, mattresses & oversized rugs, purchases in Macy’s stores or prior purchases. Due to air transport restrictions and regulations, these items are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Standard Ground Shipping only. These restricted items are not eligible for Premium or Overnight Shipping.

All orders will be delivered to the distribution center within 36 hours of placing the order. 

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes an item to get from our warehouse center to its destination.    Based on the no-force majeure, you can receive the goods in 15-25days. 

California law mandates that required fees, including delivery fees and surcharges, be included as part of the listed price. California consumers will see displayed both the baseline price and the price with delivery. You can choose an alternate delivery option at checkout for an additional charge. California consumers who do not otherwise qualify for free shipping may call 1-832-289-6569 to place an order and request the shipping fee be waived.

Gift returns or orders with different shipping & billing information or that were purchased with a Gift Card are refunded on an Easy Exchange Card, which you can use for future online or in-store purchases. Free Returns exclude Gift Cards, food, gourmet gifts, Beauty Boxes, lamps, wall art, mirrors, furniture, mattresses & area rugs. Free Returns do not apply to international orders.
